I've had a really positive experience renting with Rooms Together. The application process was quick and easy, and all bills being included made budgeting much simpler. The property manager has always been helpful and responsive whenever I've needed assistance. I also like having access to the communication app and the out-of-hours support service for peace of mind. I rented an apartment with Rooms Together, to be honest apart from having really nice rooms, their customer engagement and services are excellent. From cleaning common areas to addressing every maintenance issue, I had a great time whilst I was there. Ashley and Rachel are our first landlord since we moved to the UK, they are the absolute best therein, Infact if they had a bigger property at the time of need we wouldn’t be leaving but unfortunately we needed bigger space and it’s sad to say good bye.
